Methodologies

Given our size and experience, the development team is continually refining our software development methodology. Leveraging the business analysis skills of our consulting team, we work in tandem with our consultants and clients in order to gain in-depth understanding of the business processes required.

Our specifications are written from a standard template that goes thorough proof-of-concept stages with estimates and quotes then submitted to the client. Our experienced developers work with a Quality Assurance consultant for the duration of each project. An iterative process of comprehensive testing is completed prior to being signed off for delivery by the manager of the development team. A member of our consulting team completes the implementation of our modifications and our clients are guided and supported throughout user acceptance testing.
